Getting your doctorate is complicated; let us help make the “life” part simple.

Find your home at Northeast College. Our on-campus housing options provide an affordable, comfortable and convenient living experience. Live in the heart of campus and classes, labs, health centers, fitness facilities, libraries, dining centers and grocery pickup are always just steps away.

For the 2025-2026 academic year, Northeast's on-campus housing and meal place package costs about $650 (USD) per month, single occupancy — that's room and meals, combined — so you'll save big compared to the national average of $1,700 for a one-bedroom apartment's rent + groceries. Want to save even more? Consider the even-lower double occupancy rate. And don't forget that family housing is available, too. Get the details when you email studentlife@northeastcollege.edu
