New Chiropractic Students Get to Know Northeast
Incoming Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) program students arrived on campus on Tuesday, Sept. 6, to attend orientation in the Delavan Theater. The new students were greeted by faculty and current students to talk about the Northeast experience.
The event included an introduction to Dean of Faculty and Research Dr. Jeanmarie Burke, Associate Professor Dr. Christopher Marchese (Integrated Chiropractic Therapies) and Instructor and Faculty Clinician Dr. Timothy Whiting, who together provided an overview of the Northeast curriculum.
Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Anne Killen welcomed new students throughout the day. "We are so pleased to see so many returning and new faces on campus, ready to work together to reimagine health," noted Killen. "Northeast's programs transform students into the leaders that healthcare needs and we are eager to see this group of students succeed on their path to becoming healers."
At the end of the orientation event's panels and presentations, new students set out to explore the campus on personal tours with Northeast College student ambassadors.
