New Northeast, Nazareth Partnership Provides Seamless Pathway to Earn Graduate Degrees
Students who aspire to become a doctor of chiropractic have a new opportunity to start their education at Nazareth College (Rochester, N.Y) and seamlessly progress to earn a graduate degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences in Seneca Falls, N.Y.
When Nazareth students pursuing a bachelor of science degree in biology, toxicology, or biomedical sciences complete the letter of intent and meet admissions requirements, they are guaranteed a spot in Northeast College's Doctor of Chiropractic program. For students who achieve a specific grade point average upon entry, Northeast provides a one-time $1,500 or $2,500 scholarship.
"Northeast's programs are dedicated to advancing healthcare, and we are eager to work with Nazareth to educate tomorrow's healthcare leaders," said Northeast College President Dr. Michael Mestan. "We look forward to welcoming Nazareth graduates committed to healing and transforming lives."
Amber Charlebois, Nazareth assistant professor in chemistry and biochemistry, says the partnership enables Nazareth students to build on their strong science and liberal arts education and prepare for a wellness-focused career.
