Northeast College Promotes Dr. Anne E. Killen to Provost
Northeast College of Health Sciences is pleased to announce that Dr. Anne E. Killen, M.S.Ed., D.M., has been promoted to be Northeast College’s provost and vice president of academic affairs.
Killen has been with Northeast College since 2017, when she joined as vice president of academic affairs. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the public and private sectors of management, higher-education administration and supervision.
Killen holds both a master’s degree in adult education and a doctor of management degree. As well, she has earned graduate certificates in human resource development and professional training and is a graduate of the National Leadership Institute in Adelphi, Md. Killen is also the 2016 recipient of the William C. Hine Distinguished Service Award, a national recognition promoting lifelong learning and dedication to serving adult students.
“As Northeast moves toward the addition of new academic programs and overall growth, I’m confident that Dr. Killen’s strong vision and rich experience will continue to lead our College into a successful future,” said Northeast College President Dr. Michael Mestan of Killen’s new role.
